Final Sale Policy

• Due to the handmade and artisanal nature of our products, all sales are final.
• We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Each piece is carefully curated and crafted, carrying its own unique story and authentic characteristics.

Exceptions (Damaged or Defective Items)
In the rare case that an item arrives damaged or defective in transit:

• Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue and the packaging.
• Each case will be reviewed individually.
