Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Destinations & Origin We proudly Ship from Toronto, Canada. Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States. Additional international destinations may be added in the future.

Shipping Rates

• Free shipping on all orders over $300 CAD
• For orders under $300 CAD, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

Shipping Methods & Carriers We use ShipVista to manage our shipments. ShipVista works with trusted shipping carriers such as Canada Post and other partner couriers to ensure reliable delivery.

Delivery Time Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided at checkout when available.
